“Thanks to Simon’s extensive experience in tackling Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), along with his impressive academic track record, he has been an invaluable resource to Cambridge Women’s Aid for well over a decade. He has consistently supported CWA’s initiatives, offering insightful academic perspectives and promptly sharing relevant research. He is a strong ally in our work to end VAWG and his contributions have greatly enriched our efforts.”

“Firstly thank you so much for arranging the training from Simon yesterday. I was captivated by his words and so many elements fell in to place and I had clarity for the first time around a number of behaviours. So much of the content resonated with me and I would be delighted to feed back a little synopsis to my team to try and capture some of his brilliance!”

“So very refreshing to hear a man own how he is affected by the prevalence of male violence to women and girls and not feeling threatened by that which is statistically the prevalence. Thank you so much Simon. This seminar was clear, honest and provoked so much resonance in my own 20 years + in social work much of it in the Women’s Aid arena. Thank you!”

“I wanted to say thank you to Simon for his presentation today. Everything you said today corresponds with what people - victims and survivors of domestic abuse coming to our service say. I specialise in working with children, young people and families affected by domestic abuse. We have recently created level 5 qualification, helping to achieve a cultural change in perception of children as victims of domestic abuse. Despite changes in legislation, children are INVISIBLE and we are lacking consistent approach and support for them. I sometimes feel discourage, thinking about the volume of work that needs to be done, but your presentation, and comments of others today made me hopeful. I absolutely agree - we all have responsibility to challenge and change the system. Thank you, Simon!”
